The INSPIRED Bookmobile was at the Independence Day Celebration to spread the word about it's Mission!

"INSPIRED Inc, Individualized Support for People In Rural Economic District, is a new local non-profit (501c3) in Caswell County, NC. It was formed in June 2020 and has quietly been working behind the scenes to prepare for an official launch of services in 2021.
Our mission is to bridge existing resources to provide services to Caswell County citizens which improve the employability of the individuals, the quality of life, and the economic health in each rural community we serve. We strive to be a model which can be adapted to and replicated in other rural areas.
One way we plan to complete our mission starts with our bookmobile. The bookmobile will serve as a mobile classroom and source of WiFi in communities without adequate connectivity. We have also secured over 800 books that will be available for checkout - basically a mobile library that goes into the communities we serve. We are also working with business in surrounding areas to identify job training needs and supply community-based skills training to make our citizens more attractive to employers (and increase income).

We have received donations of time and money of over $20,000 and an anonymous loan to purchase a used bookmobile. A private individual has pledged up to $10,000 in funding as a $1 for $1 match through November 2021 (basically the next 60 days). More information about our goals or online donations can be found on our website www.inspired4communities.com. If you are interested in our services, please visit our website, and fill out the contact form."
